Jo has spent the last 20 years working in marketing and communications in the private, public and education sectors. She holds a CIM Diploma in Marketing and a CAM Certificate in Public Relations. She has led global re-brands, and developed and delivered marketing communications strategies for major international organisations. Jo has won four prestigious awards for excellence in education marketing. She concentrates on brand, public relations, change comms, broader communications strategy and development, as well as the agency’s creative output, ensuring that your projects are high quality, on time and on budget.
Hannah is a brand and communications expert with over fifteen years experience of brand strategy, brand management, creative development and campaign execution. Hannah supported a range of clients whilst at Interbrand, focused on marketing and co-branding in the financial services industry before turning to the charity sector in more recent years. An experienced marketeer with excellent communication skills, used to creating strong working relationships both within internal teams and with external agencies
Associate – Leadership and engagement
Jennifer is a leadership coach working with a diverse range of clients from the public, private and charity sectors. She gets to the core of those elements that enable change to happen successfully, helping clients move forward, grow and develop. Jennifer works with individuals and with teams, and at all levels of the organisation from senior leaders to new starters, raising self awareness through a focus on values, strengths and working preferences. Her work links closely with our work on brand and change management, enabling organisations and individuals adapt and get the best out of their new working environments. Associate – Creative
John has spent 20 years working with some of the world’s leading brands, including Adidas, Unicef, Greenpeace, Jamie Oliver and Burberry on how best to bring their brands to life both inside and outside their organisations.
With two decades of experience within the creative industry, including print, digital, branding and advertising, John helps brands explore and leverage their commercial, creative and communication possibilities.
Associate – Web development
Steve is a web developer and development manager who’s been building sites since the 90s. Although most recently specialising in Drupal he has experience with a wide range of platforms and frameworks on both the LAMP and MS stacks. He prefers to be CMS-agnostic when approaching new work, to ensure the business needs of the client drive the technology choices rather than vice versa! He is also a Prince2 qualified project manager.
Associate – Digital content and social
Carleen is an experienced digital communications manager, specialising in writing compelling content designed to drive action. She has managed websites for some of the biggest charity brands in the UK and internationally including VSO, Crisis, ActionAid and Big Lottery Fund. Her most recent projects include managing the website redesign and migration for the Africa-based organisation Afrobarometer, working for a major government inquiry and leading on content development for CJS agency Crest Advisory.
Jo is a very knowledgeable communications specialist, who understands all aspects from brand creation through to delivery. Jo extends this skill to how she communicates to key stakeholder at all levels (from Board and CEO to every member of staff) across countries and cultural boundaries.
